Drammeh earned his first career Big West Men’s Basketball Player of the Week award with a solid performance against Utah Valley on Sunday.

➜ The 6-3 guard scored a career-high 20 points in the 70-69 victory over the Wolverines.

➜ Drammeh drained the game-winning shot which improved UH’s record to 7-2.  With the Warriors trailing by one, he knocked down the go-ahead three-pointer with 37 seconds remaining.

➜ That trey was one of a career-high tying four the Swede made in eight attempts from distance.  He hit 6-of-13 shots overall from the field.

➜ Drammeh, who played 33 minutes, added four rebounds, two assists and a steal as he helped UH improve to 7-1 at home this season.

➜ He also played a significant role on the defensive end, helping limit Utah Valley to just 36 percent shooting.

➜ Drammeh’s effort helped give UH a win over a top-75 team in the NCAA RPI, as Utah Valley enters Monday ranked No. 74.
