1. UC Irvine Women’s Soccer Improves To 3-0 In Conference Play with Third Straight Double Overtime Win

UC Irvine used every minute to get a win once again scoring with 28 seconds left in double overtime to drop Cal Poly, 2-1, Sunday afternoon in Anteater Stadium.  Full Story

2. No. 13 Mustangs Down Hawai’i 3-1 Saturday in Front of Sellout Crowd

Junior Torrey Van Winden had a season-high 29 kills, hit .344 and recorded her sixth double-double of the season with 14 digs while also adding four blocks to lead the Cal Poly volleyball team to a 3-1 (25-19, 25-18, 21-25, 27-25) win over Hawai’i Saturday in front of an electric sold out crowd at Mott Athletics Center. 3. CSUN Blanks No. 16 UC Davis; Davila Ties Wins Mark

CSUN shutout No. 16 UC Davis 3-0 in Big West Conference men’s soccer action Saturday night. With the victory, Matadors’ head coach Terry Davila tied Marwan Ass’ad (1983-98) as the all-time winningest men’s soccer coach at CSUN. Both Davila and Ass’ad have won 192 matches along the Matadors’ sidelines.  Full Story

4. United Soccer Coaches Recognizes Big West Teams For Academic Success

Three Big West squads were honored by United Soccer Coaches with the Team Academic Award for the 2017-18 school year, the organization announced on Thursday.  UC Davis was one of 289 programs across all divisions recognized on the men’s side for successful work in the classroom, while UC Irvine and Hawai’i represented two of 484 women’s programs so honored. 5. Program Record 10 Titans To Participate In 2018 MLB Postseason

A school record 10 former Cal State Fullerton Titans will be participating in this year 's 2018 Major League Baseball postseason, as the playoff rosters and field were officially finalized on Tuesday. The 10 members and six players are also the most by any school this year. Full Story
