Allman Averages 25.5 Points In Two Conference Wins

Cal State Fullerton senior Kyle Allman garnered his fourth career Big West Men’s Basketball Player of the Week award after leading his team to a 2-0 record in conference play.

• Allman averaged 25.5 points per game in wins over UC Riverside (69-61) and Long Beach State (92-90 in OT) as he recorded his fourth and fifth 20-point games of the season.

• The 6-foot-4 guard turned in his third 30-point performance of the year in the two-point thriller against the Beach. He reached 30 points on 9-of-15 shooting, including 3-of-4 from three-point range, and shot 75.0% (9-of-12) at the line.

• Allman is tied for the Big West lead with three 30-point games.

• Allman made four consecutive key free throws in the OT period against LBSU to twice extend the Titan lead to four points.  His last two freebies came with 15 seconds remaining to give CSF a 92-88 advantage.

• In the eight-point win at home over the Highlanders, Allman made 7-of-11 floor shots en route to his 21 points. He knocked down four threes.

• The New York native added five rebounds, six assists and a steal over the two games while shooting 61.5% (16-of-26) from the field and 58.3% (7-of-12) from distance.
